The stress and anxiety caused by the current coronavirus pandemic makes counselling even more important for clients. Some clients will find it hard that they are unable to access face to face counselling at the moment and feel daunted at the thought of accessing their counselling online or by telephone.
I can relate to these feelings because I too initially felt daunted at the thought of moving my practice online. To my surprise, it is working really well and some clients are even saying that there are advantages in not having to travel to an appointment and being able to access the help they need from the comfort of their own home.
This pandemic has affected all our lives and many people are feeling anxious and lonely. Sadly, some people are having to deal with the loss of a loved one at a time when it is not possible to even say goodbye.
If you feel the need for counselling support but are uncertain about how to manage it online, please feel free to give me a call on 07759 661276 to discuss it. There is no charge for this initial call.
